Paro – Thimphu (Arrival)
Today arrive at the airport of Paro, meet & greet with our representative who will assist & give briefing about your tour & further transfer to the Thimphu. Upon arrival, check in at Hotel. Day is free for relax. Overnight at Hotel.

Thimphu

Morning after breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Thimphu visit; National Library – a collection of prehistoric manuscripts of Buddhist, Thangkha Painting School & Medicine-Institute. Later get familiar with gold & silver smith at work in Dechenchholing-valley. Overnight at Hotel.

Thimphu

Have breakfast & later visit weekly general bazaar & feel the experience of vegetable market, the National Assembly, Tashichho Dzong & Memorial-Chorten (King Jime Dorje Wangchuk). Later have Lunch. Afterwards visit Handicraft Emporium where you may view the fine traditional textiles & crafts. Day is free for independent activities & for shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

Thimphu – Mendegang

After having breakfast, transfer to Mendegang (02 Hrs Drive) from Thimphu via Dochula Pass. On the way stopping in Chochula, have snacks & tea here. Continue drive towards Mendegang. Finally arrive at Mendegang, check in at Hotel. Afterwards take a tour of “Ponakha Dzong” (Punakha High School). Later back to the Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Mendegang – Gangtey Gompa – Mendegang

Today after breakfast take a full day excursion towards Gangtey gompa & see the gorgeous Bhutan Interiors. Have Lunch, after that enjoy the surroundings in valley of the Gompa.  Overnight at Hotel.

Mendegang – Thimphu – Paro

Morning after breakfast, depart from Mendegang to Paro passing through Thimphu. Later take a short break at Thimphu for Lunch. En route visit one of the oldest-castle in Bhutan name Simtokha Dzong, which is a spiritual university at present. Continue drive towards Paro. Finally arrive at Paro & check in at Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
 

Paro

Morning after breakfast, take a tour of Drukgley-Dzong. You can also see Mt. of Goddess name Chomolhari peak (Approx 24000 Feet), if the weather is clear. Later also see National Museum where you may view the collections of artifacts, textiles, Thangkha & weapons. This museum is located in an prehistoric watch-tower. Afterwards take a stroll towards Paro-Rimpung-Dzong.

Paro (Departure)

Today on time transfer to the international airport of Paro to board flight for onwards destination.
