Today arrive at the airport of Trivandrum, meet & greet with our representative, who will come at the time of arrival and will give you briefing about your tour. Drive to Kanyakumari, which is also refer as Cape Comorin & located on the fusion of three oceans, the Arabian Sea, India Ocean & the Bay of Bengal. Upon arrival, check in to Hotel. Later visit some of the interesting places of Kanyakumari, visit; Padmanabhpuram Palace, the magnificient wooden palace, which was constructed by Travancore Maharajas. Morning; End backwater cruise & further drive to Cochin. Arrive Cochin & transfer to Hotel. Later sightseeing of Cochin, which is the commercial and industrial hub and capital of Kerala. Visit, some of the major attractions of the city; the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Fort Kochi, St, Francis Chruch & Santa Cruz Basilica. Morning breakfast at Hotel, thereafter, visit another major attractions such as,Dutch cemetery, the Chinese Nets, Wilingdon Island and Hill Palace Museum. Morning after breakfast, visit the Markets, Tea Plantations & Tea Museum with guide. Tata company, has set up tea museum in Munnar. This museum holds Curios, machinery,old photographs & various artifacts. Here you can discover about the development and growth of Tea Plants. Also you can buy tea from here. Later drive to Periyar, which is also known as Thekkady. Upon arrival, check in at Hotel. Periyar National park, which is an Tiger Reserves, is one of the most captivating wildlife parks in the world, Situated within the boundaries of the Westren Ghats, in the Southern Indian State of Kerala. Morning breakfast at Hotel, thereafter drive to Madurai, which is a beautiful city and most popular for its stunning temples that are superlative example of Sculptural work. Upon arrival, check in to Hotel. Day is free for own activities. Overnight at Hotel.
Morning after breakfast visit; Meenakshi temple, which is dedicated to Parvati (Meenakshi) & her husband lord Shiva (Sundareshvara) & Tirumalai Nayaka palace, which is one of the most finest example of Indo – Sarsanic architecture. The palace had two parts, known as, Rangavilasa & Swargavilasa. Rest of the day is free for optional activities. Today drive to Chettinad, homeland of the Nattukottai Chettiars called the Nagarathars, a prosperous banking and business community to see quaint mansions as architectural delight. Have breakfast at Hotel and further drive to Trichy, which is also refer as Tiruchirapalli & it is situated on the bank of Kaveri river. Arrive Trichy & transfer to Hotel. Afterwards visit; Rock fort (Uchhi Pillar Koli) & it is approximately 3800 years oldest monument of the world & Temple of Lord Ganesha. Overnight at Hotel.
Today drive to Thanjavur, en route visit Chidambarm, Which is famous for Natraja Temple ( God Siva ), which is in the shape of Cosmic Dancer & Kumbhakonam visit; Sankara Mutt & Raghavendra Mutt. Continue drive to Thanjavur. Arrive & check in to Hotel. Later visit Brihadeshwara Temple, Art Gallery, Palace & near by village to witness bronze metal crafts. Overnight at Hotel.
